These terms apply to use of the Japan Matcha Agent website operated by VRPRESS Inc. Separate written terms will apply to samples, sourcing services, quotations, orders, supply arrangements and other commercial transactions.
2. Business-use service
The service is intended for companies and professional buyers. Website content is provided to support preliminary business enquiries and does not constitute a binding offer to sell any product.
3. Product information
Descriptions of origin, organic status, certification, testing, documentation, packaging, MOQ, price, capacity, lead time and availability are not guaranteed unless confirmed for a specific product in writing. Images are illustrative and may not depict the exact product proposed.
4. Quotes and availability
Pricing depends on specification, volume, packaging, destination and availability. A quotation is valid only for the period and conditions stated in that quotation. Supply may change before an order is accepted.

Sample selection, fees, shipping costs, quantities and delivery conditions are confirmed after reviewing the business request. A sample does not by itself guarantee future availability or identical characteristics across future lots.
